About the position As Senior Project Data Engineer, your key focus is to oversee a project team across different areas and ensure end-to-end project execution, including driving solutions, optimising data delivery, and change management in partnership with the line of business, alongside tracking data and analytics, developing business cases, and building project structures. Some of your main tasks include: Collaborating with other project leads to create robust and streamlined project plans as well as identifying opportunities for improvement based on data analytics Managing the project implementation in accordance with scope, timelines, plans, and budgets Effectively communicating project performance and progress to key stakeholders Keeping up to date on new and existing programme/project innovation tracks and fostering collaboration for comprehensive value chain coverage Facilitating, driving, and resolving project cases across tracks Qualifications To be successful in this role, we imagine you: Possess an academic degree at a master’s level coupled with hands-on experience in driving large transformation projects and data management Display excellent analytical skills and the ability to build and optimise data Demonstrate proficiency in aligning strategic business and IT initiatives with business needs and improvements Showcase effective communication and collaboration skills across all organisational levels Exhibit fluency in both spoken and written English As a person, you bring a wealth of knowledge and excel in leadership, guiding teams and motivating others to achieve their best, effective communication and negotiation are a second nature for you, allowing you to foster strong relationships. You have a keen eye for detail and ensure that no challenge is too complex to overcome, you gracefully navigate changing priorities and are resilient in the face of adversity, with a strong dedication to meeting deadlines while maintaining a collaborative atmosphere.
