Senior Project Manager Are you ready to take Customer Complaint to next level in by reducing response time and optimize our service for our customers? The position Customer Complaints (CC) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project manager to be the Champion leading the CC project portfolio together with CC management, including projects from low to high risk/complexity/impact. You will partner with a wide variety of stakeholders within the organization, ranging from affiliates across CC departments to investigators worldwide in order to deliver critical problem solving and/or decisions. Besides leading key projects and initiatives, other key responsibilities will be to: Lead the CC project portfolio
Collaborate with the CC Stakeholders to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines
Lead the project team and manage resources, including coordinating internal and external resources to ensure flawless execution of projects
Act as a mentor and guiding star for less experienced project managers in CC and in Operational and Staff Quality
Moreover, you will implement project management best practices and methodologies to ensure efficiency and quality in project delivery; fostering an environment that encourages scientific thinking and continuous learning and improvement. Finally, through analysis of business, process, and systems performance you will identify improvement opportunities and challenge current state to meet the high aspirations for the future. Qualifications You will be a catalyst for change with demonstrated strong skills in change management and have a high drive for continuous improvement. We are seeking for someone with a collaborative approach enjoying working in cross-functional teams and in an international environment while able to work with high independency and structure. To succeed in this role, you: Hold a master’s degree within engineering, chemistry, pharmacy, business management or project management
Have several years of proven professional experience with project management
Have gained said experience in a highly regulated industry like pharmaceuticals, food or finance
Have solid analytical skills and experience in analyzing complex business issues
Are fluent in written and spoken English
On a personal level you have leadership competences (especially within collaboration across boundaries, inspiring and motivating, innovation and continuous improvement) and strong communication and presentation skills. It will be seen as an advantage if you have experience with LEAN, digital technologies and curiosity for innovation. As a person, you are comfortable with taking initiative proactively and have a strong personal drive and dedication with a ‘can-do’ attitude. You are curious about the processes and people you work with, and have a burning desire to learn new things, being able to demonstrate attention to detail and structured in your problem-solving approach. About the department In CC, we are the ‘voice of the patient’; recording, investigating and responding to customer complaints globally for both marketed and clinical products. We are more than 100 colleagues Denmark, USA and India and are part of the Novo Nordisk Quality organization.
