Do you have a strong drive and are you interested in using your extensive project man-agement toolbox to lead and coordinate important strategic projects? Do you want to roll-out one of the most critical IT systems in Novo Nordisk, for new and existing production sites? If so, then you might be our new Senior IT Project Manager for Manufacturing Execution System (MES). What’s in it for you We are on an exciting journey in rolling out our MES system, PAS-X, at various sites in Novo Nordisk and you will have the opportunity to play a vital role in securing production efficiency and speed for the next many years. As a senior IT project manager, you will be responsible for leading PAS-X projects across one or multiple sites, globally, together with your team of MES analysts and a Line of business team. More specifically, you will be responsible for the following: Driving roll-outs of MES projects of varying size and complexity – with high execu-tive management focus Stakeholder management, budgeting and communication towards line of business Coordinating and keeping track of project roadmaps and act on impediments and potential delays before they occur Leadership, direction, guidance, and coaching of the project’s team Coordinating product development wishes between users and our IT development partner Acting as Servant leader of your team(s) and ensure an Agile approach What we scout for To be successful in this role, we require you meet most of the following: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, supply chain management or other relevant field Strong project management skills (including stakeholder management skills, pro-ject budgeting, presentation skills, governance skills and communication skills) Pharma industry knowledge is a clear advantage Experience with production/supply chain processes and/or GxP is also an advantage Experience with MES systems (E.g. PAS-X) is an advantage Experience with implementing IT systems as analyst, consultant or project man-ager As a person you are friendly, ambitious, result driven, proactive and have an open and flexible attitude. You are known to get the job done, while keeping a good relationship to stakeholders and colleagues and are open to adapt to changes around you. It is evident that you have a proven track record of delivering results and business value in your pre-vious jobs. The team waiting for you The department, MES Programme CoE is anchored in DD&IT Product Supply and is focused on implementing MES - a Manufacturing Execution System (MES), used across Novo Nordisk. We set the strategic direction and ensure that processes across production lines are automated and optimised. The team is primarily located in Bagsværd (Greater Copenhagen area), Denmark and work hand-in-hand with our Product Supply colleagues, meaning that you will get to work closely with the users and technologies that drive our global manufacturing processes to the next level. The team itself is very diverse both in terms of capabilities and background, with roles spanning from project managers, product owners, SCRUM masters, architects to hands-on MES analysts.
