Are you an experienced project manager, passionate about compliance and global, cross-organisational improvement projects? Then read on because we are looking for two Senior Pro-ject Managers to join the newly established PSQ Project Office (effective 01 January 2025), sup-porting across the five Product Supply Quality (PSQ) areas in Novo Nordisk. The Position
As a Senior Project Manager in the PSQ Project Office, your main responsibility will be to drive high-profile projects that should be implemented across all PSQ areas in Novo Nordisk. The pro-jects will typically be related to process optimisation, compliance and digitalization initiatives. You will engage frequently with PSQ Management and must have strong emphasis on stakeholder management, communication, execution and efficiency.
You will develop clear guidelines for project implementation, oversee deliverables and priorities, and act as a facilitator between project stakeholders and implementation leads within and out-side Novo Nordisk Quality. Qualifications
To be a successful candidate, you should possess: Outstanding stakeholder management skills. A master’s degree within business administration, science, engineering, project man-agement or another relevant field. Over 5 years of experience with project management. Acknowledged and documented Project Management certifications. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to think strategical-ly and translate business strategies into tangible actions. Fluency in verbal and written English. As a person, you are structured, organized, and constantly “think forward”. You are collaborative and a great colleague who can build strong relationships with your stakeholders, dare to chal-lenge perspectives, and do so respectfully. Having experience in consulting and regulated industries, along with a knowledge of production processes, would be viewed as a significant asset. About the Department
PSQ Project Office is part of the newly established VP area PSQ Projects, Processes, and Supply Chain, which will play a key role in accelerating major improvements across the five PS Quality areas: PS API Quality, PS AM Quality, PS FPM Quality, External Supply Quality and Brownfield Site Integration QA.
The Project office is currently very small as it is in the start-up phase, so you will have great possi-bility of influencing and shaping the team. Working at Novo Nordisk
