Are you an experienced project manager with a passion for leading global initiatives? Do you want to play a key role in the successful implementation of standardized inspection machines across multiple sites? Join our Computer Vision Technology (CVT)Program team at Novo Nordisk and make a significant impact on our global operations. About the CVT Program The CVT Program is a global initiative aimed at delivering seven standardized automated visual inspection machines across various Novo Nordisk sites worldwide. The program's goal is to ensure that all sites adhere to a unified set of user requirements and operational standards throughout the equipment's lifecycle. The global team, primarily based in Denmark, supports local teams at each site, providing guidelines, direction, and governance to ensure successful implementation and operation. The Position As a Project Manager in the validation work package, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of the project phase. You will work closely with the global project team, local teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure that the project meets its objectives and is delivered on time and within budget. Furthermore, you will:
  • Project Planning: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, aligning them with program and project/site goals and requirements.
  • Scope Management: Handle change requests and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between local teams, suppliers, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with program objectives and contractual obligations.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage risks associated with the program, implementing strategies to mitigate potential issues.
  • Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular progress for stakeholders highlighting key milestones, risks, and action plans.
  • Validation and Verification: Ensure that business needs are captured and prioritized from the various sites and oversee the process and method of validation and performance verification of the inspection machines.
    • Qualifications To be successful for this position you have a MSc degree in project management, engineering, operations management, natural sciences, or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. In addition, you have:
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in operational analysis.
  • Excellent communication skilled coupled with bold stakeholder management
  • Extended experience with project management methodologies and practices.
  • Knowledge of risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Experience in leading international teams, in a virtual set up
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
    • About the Department You will be part of AME, Aseptic Manufacturing Engineering, supporting all aseptic manufacturing sites at Novo Nordisk worldwide. The global CVT team resides in AME and is responsible for the overarching program, ensuring a standardized way of delivering and operating the inspection machines.
