The position As an Intralogistics Operational Readiness Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing operational readiness deliverables by bridging between global and local business functions, ensuring seamless operations for new warehouse and intralogistics (WH/IL) solutions. Your responsibilities include:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee project plans, ensuring timely execution using standard project management tools.


  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation and ramp-up of new WH/IL solutions.


  • Ensure full compliance with Science and Risk-based Validation principles, quality standards, and Environment, Health and Safety requirements while preparing sites for operational excellence.


  • Drive continuous improvement by integrating innovative solutions, digitalization strategies, and best practices into WH/IL operations.


  • Build and lead cross-functional teams, proactively developing competencies required for successful implementation and long-term sustainability.

We expect the ideal candidate to have:

  • Master’s, or bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field (preferably with project management).


  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, particularly in intralogistics and material handling operations.


  • A strong network within pharmaceutical supply chains or relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage


  • Hands-on and theoretical troubleshooting skills, with a result-oriented, structured, and detail-focused approach to problem-solving.


  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
