The Position As a Ramp-up Partner in the Global FP Ramp-up Department you will join a newly established unit that is part of the exciting new FPME Ramp-up Center of Excellence. Our focus is creating optimal production starts for new Assembly & Packaging lines across our global manufacturing sites. As we need to be close partners with our manufacturing sites this position includes physical presence at our global NN sites to help the local management and project teams ramp-up the incoming lines for production; Entailing 50% travel time divided in periods of 2-3 months where you will be travelling together in groups of 3 from the travel team. Your responsibility will include:
  • Ensure the FP Operational Readiness & Ramp-up standard is well understood by relevant site personnel.
  • Act as the key link between the site and operational readiness experts, planning daily activities, stakeholder involvement, and testing processes.
  • Participate in and facilitate workshops while working closely with production personnel on the line.
  • Work with the site on project management, recruitment strategy, training, risk assessment, and process optimization.
  • Perform ramp-up touchpoint assessments and share learnings across the organization.
    • As this is a new position the tasks will be shaped as we get learnings, which requires a high level of flexibility for everyone involved.   • Preferably a MSc or equivalent within engineering, pharmacy, or similar field
  • You have experience from a global cross functional role
  • Experience within GxP regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Experience with cLEAN® way of working

About the Department Global FP Ramp-up department aims to have 15 colleagues when fully staffed; 9 colleagues situated in China and 6 colleagues situated in Denmark. This current position is for Denmark, where the starting office will be in Bagsværd but later this year the area is planned to move to Høje Taastrup. Global FP Ramp-up department is part of FPM Engineering with a team of around 80 colleagues working together to support and optimize processes across all global sites. Our primary responsibility is to drive performance in FPM on all assembly and packaging lines to ensure best practices. In FPM Engineering, we are committed to bringing value to our patients.
