As a Senior Project Manager, you will: Lead multiple both short- and long-term projects of various levels of complexity within aseptic manufacturing, optimisation and improvement as well as projects related to the quality of the product during life cycle management activities. The projects will be related to our products and processes and relies on a cross-organisational cooperation. Work in close collaboration with our process managers, product specialists and experts. We have a strong focus on innovation and optimization of the processes in our production facilities in AMSAT area and utilise our test laboratory to further increase focus on science and implementation of new technology. We strive at making a difference in close collaboration with the production sites by implementing novel solutions based on data-driven decisions and in accordance with GMP regulations. It will be a key factor in your success that you are curious and get an in-depth understanding of our organization and processes. This will include collaboration with various stakeholders across on many organisational levels and include external input of industry practise. You can expect a position with a high degree of independence where good communication skills are a must, including the ability to target your communication to a broad set of stakeholders at all organisational levels ensuring clear argumentation to ease decision making for senior management. Qualifications
You have: Master’s degree in engineering, Pharmacy, Biology or other relevant education. Working experience as a Project Manager and a proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects with stakeholders on all levels. Experience from the pharmaceutical industry is a must whereas experience such as process or product support, transfer or process validation, process optimisation, aseptic production processes and implementing new technologies will be seen as a plus. Further, a high level of Business understanding is appreciated. You are fully proficient in both written and spoken English.

You are confident in a workshop facilitator role and have excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to establish a high level of trust and succeeding with others not least inducing good team spirit. As you have a structured approach to your work you have the ability to navigate in uncertainty and constant change while keeping an overview of the big picture and when needed paying attention to the small, but crucial details. You are a fast learner who enjoys new challenges and have a pragmatic approach and a hands-on can-do attitude. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work and define steps needed to achieve project goals is apparent. About the department
