About the Department
Corporate Procurement is responsible for the indirect spend in Novo Nordisk and for defining and driving the Global Procurement strategy. Corporate Procurement consists of 140 employees based in Denmark and India, and globally 500 people work in procurement.

The Position
As a Program Manager you will be a part of a team that develops innovative services for use internally within Novo Nordisk. The ideal candidate will be able to have a strategic approach but also be able to execute on implementation and adoption by users. You get things done.

Qualification
You have completed a relevant Master's degree and bring minimum 5-10 years of solid professional experience. An eye for detail to new technology and processes is very vital for this role. You are expected to challenge the current processes and bring changes and improvements. Previous experience with procurement is not required. We are looking for a self-driven program manager with the passion to drive and take ownership of new projects. Maybe you have previously worked with key account sales, business development or marketing or have had your own business.
You have an entrepreneurial mind-set, a strong drive and ability to create results, solve problems and possess analytical skills. You focus on delivery and quality as well as identifying the right needs for the business. As you will cooperate broadly with many stakeholders, you have excellent collaboration skills and you communicate clearly and concisely. Your stakeholders range from colleagues in line of business to senior management. Finally, you work fluently in English and Danish.
