The position requires a versatile profile
You will become part of the Global Launch Management team and be dedicated to the team working with our new innovative drug within eczema. We are preparing for a best in class commercialization and we need your skills and dedication to help us ensuring we reach our ambitious targets.
The specific job tasks are many and varied, including:
Coordinate, lead and support tasks, meetings, workshops, presentations etc. in the Global Brand team
Strong Project Manager with commercial experience incl. high level of change and communication skills
You have a proven track record in project management, hold a project management certification and preferable you also have experience with launch management from a global role. You are used to working with high quality deliverables, have a high sense of structure and planning and are able to meet deadlines. You have experience from a global commercial role from pharma or med-tech, you know how to work with change management and have a high level of communication skills. You have a well-developed cultural flair, and experience in building and maintaining productive partnerships across borders. It is a requirement that you have a cross functional understanding as that is critical for many of the different tasks you will work on.
Other requirements:
You will report to the Sr. Director in the Global Launch Management team and be based at the LEO Pharma headquarters in Ballerup, greater Copenhagen.

The specific job tasks are many and varied, including:
Coordinate, lead and support tasks, meetings, workshops, presentations etc. in the Global Brand team
- Project management for overall integrated launch plan (ILP) incl. development, maintenance, communication and system administer of the LEO Launch Platform where the ILP will be created and monitored
- Maintains close collaboration with Global Brand lead, functional Workstream leads, Global Program Team and Global Program Team Project Manager and the Global Launch Management team to plan and execute the integrated launch plan, including driving consensus on goals, objectives and deliverables and ensure alignment
- Plan, lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives and meetings such as town halls, workshops, change management related initiatives etc. and create follow-up plans and initiatives
- Participate and drive key projects and implementation activities that support product commercialization
- Engage with Brand team to meet deadlines for key deliverables and challenge content to ensure sufficient quality
- Supports manager with ad hoc tasks
- Supports Global Brand lead with ad hoc tasks

Other requirements:
- relevant education at Master degree level
- 4-6 years’ experience from an international organization
- structured approach and excellent planning capabilitie
- is highly organized and structured
- meets project deadlines and proactively delivers on business objectives
- exhibits a culture of integrity, excellence, initiative and compliance
- process oriented and capable of building new working processes to ensure efficiencies
- good business understanding
- ability to make complex things simple
- good at listening and can maneuver in the organization
- thrive in an often very hectic environment
- high proficiency in spoken and written English – it is not a prerequisite that you are a native Danish speaker
- strong Microsoft office skills, PowerPoint and Excel in particular
