The job
You will become part of our Global Digital Marketing and Engagement team and be helping the commercial organisation in pioneering technologies to engage with customers around the world.
Your qualifications
You are a person with a great understanding of digital marketing and technical skills. You should have a basic understanding of how websites and on-line marketing technologies work and be able to translate business requirements and technical opportunities.
You are structured and passionate about data-driven marketing and its impact on the customer experience. You understand the sales process to ensure digital programs are aligned to drive engagement and accelerate the adoption journey. Ideally you have knowledge about Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sitecore. You also have a desire for establishing scalable processes that ensure best practices in digital campaign management. You thrive in an international working environment where the primary written language is English and teammates might be sitting in one of our affiliate offices.

The job
You will become part of our Global Digital Marketing and Engagement team and be helping the commercial organisation in pioneering technologies to engage with customers around the world.
- Drive the development and roll out of the digital ecosystem including websites and marketing automation
- Be the business responsible in implementation of new exciting technologies
- Planning, Development and Execution of digital pre-launch and launch activities to support Scientific Affairs, marketing and affiliates.
- Support the development of digital strategy for LEO Pharma’s future product launches.
- Best practice sharing: ensure best practices inside and external are identified, communicated and implemented as global initiatives
Your qualifications
You are a person with a great understanding of digital marketing and technical skills. You should have a basic understanding of how websites and on-line marketing technologies work and be able to translate business requirements and technical opportunities.
- 4-8 years of experience in a digital position from pharma or other larger company.
- A natural digital talent with experience and competence in digital marketing.
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms such as Sitecore CMS, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Veeva platform or similar platforms.
- Global experience from different countries, cultures and practices.
- Understanding of the life-sciences sales and marketing process and limitations.
