Do you see yourself as dedicated with a versatile approach to your daily tasks and have proven organizational skills and thorough knowledge of corporate policies and procedures? Further, Are you a strong communicator in both Danish and English, with excellent people skills and solid strategic planning capabilities? If so, we have the perfect job for you.

We are currently looking for a new administrative project coordinator and personal assistant who will be working within our facility management department. The position has a combination of tasks and challenges that will broaden your competencies and shape you to become a versatile colleague.

Your primary tasks will be:

  • Personal assistant to the executive management of Robert Bosch
  • Organization of company events of various sizes and executive meetings
  • Project coordination for internal relocations. Simply described, you would take lead when we are reorganizing the offices, whether it is due to new organizations or simply because we have found a new and smarter way of working.
  • Project coordination and participation in the establishment of the new Robert Bosch building in Denmark
  • Supporting the Nordic HSE Manager for our location in Ballerup
  • Protection Security (physical security) coordination for our location in Ballerup
  • Office caretaker, where you would be a trusted advisor and go-to person if someone has practical issues with the working landscape or similar.
  • Administrative tasks such as preparing communication material, memos, e-mails, handling invoices, reports, or other correspondence


Qualifications



What distinguishes you?

You should have excellent communication capabilities both in written and spoken Danish and English. Given that we are a German company, German language capabilities will be seen as an advantage, but not a requirement. As the tasks you will be given often will be challenging, you should be strong in problem solving and be on point with your time management and your prioritization.

From your previous challenges, you have proven that you are able to analyze and research and do so with a great attention to details.

Further, as you will be supporting executive management and HSE, we imagine you are service oriented and have experience with HSE or protection security.
