Then we have an exciting job opportunity for you.
We are currently looking for a Project Management Specialist to become part of the journey to further mature our ways of working with product development projects, and the ways we work with the project management disciplines. You will be a part of a small PMO team within Innovation Project Management. We are responsible for driving the agenda of improving project ways of working, data integrity, insights for decision making, and not the least supporting our growing team of project managers who execute our innovation projects.

As Project Management Specialist, you will, as part of the PMO, be a key player in supporting the execution of Ambu’s ambitious project portfolio.
We are building up a basis of standardized ways of working through establishment of solid operational processes for project initiation, planning, execution, and closure, and you will together with our other Senior Project Management Specialist be key drive of this
Part of your role is to provide support, coaching and facilitation to project teams, ensure common project methodologies, promote knowledge sharing, ensure continuous improvement of our ways of working.
This means you will also be doing training and on-boarding of project managers and team members in project management ways of working to enable them to succeed in their projects.
And you will interact with project managers across our sites to support them in their project initiation and execution.
You will be part of an ambitious and innovative R&D organization, surrounded by highly experienced and talented colleagues. Our aim is to mature our ways of working in projects.
Your Background
To succeed in this role you are/have:
• Some years’ experience as a project manager e.g. for product development. Alternatively, you have worked as a project management specialist in a Project Management Office (PMO) or like
• Passionate about working with creating and implementing project management ways of working e.g. planning, risk management, stakeholder management
• Experienced in coaching and training project managers and project stakeholder in ways of working in projects, and have knowledge of different project management methodologies
• Well versed in communication, and collaboration tools such as Sharepoint, Microsoft Teams etc.
• Excellent communicator and networker
You have good interpersonal skills to support the project managers and other stakeholders
• As a person you are structured, and process-driven and have a good sense of humor
• Relevant educational background at BSc or Master degree level
It is a requirement that you are fluent in oral and written English, and that you thrive in a position that gives you the opportunity to travel about 10 days per year.
