The position In our department, we are responsible for the development and deployment of 2 of Novo Nordisk's coolest apps. Your primary role will be to implement our apps at as many of our production sites as possible. It may sound simple, but it is a demanding job where you need to navigate through all layers of the organization to ensure change management and successful use of our apps. As an Implementation Partner you will have the responsibility of being involved with the app development team, end users and the product itself. Our app digitises Novo Nordisk's production and supports our operators and technicians to effectively run production.
You will play a key role in: Rolling out our latest digital app to the rest of Novo Nordisk's production all over the world, and you will be in the front line spending much time on different production sites. Onboard, train and support, whilst ensuring that our end-users successfully use and benefit from our app. You will be involved in prioritizing our rollouts by analysing where the need is greatest. Additionally, you will analyse how an implementation has progressed. Contribute to the improvement of our app by communicating end-user feedback to the rest of the team. Work with technicians and operators, who are the end-users, and with software engineers, developing the app, with whom you will be closely collaborating.
An app implementation is an Organisational Change Management process, and you can systematically ensure, that users learn new behaviours and skills and thereby adopt the app. To achieve this, you will need to enjoy and be comfortable, working with people and facilitating workshops, as well as sharing knowledge through training sessions. In this position you will have the opportunity to work on all our Danish production sites regularly and occasionally also international sites. There will be a lot of travel activity when a new production site needs to be onboarded to our app.
Qualifications Relevant academic education and passion for IT & Digitalisation, production processes and LEAN. Experience from production shopfloor, ideally within pharmaceutical industry. Technical and analytical mindset, enabling you to navigate in the production environment. Good communication skills with experience liaising with stakeholders at all levels, presenting to larger audiences and building communities. Hands-on experience in facilitating workshops and training sessions. If you are skilled in working with data, for example, using Power BI or Tableau, that would be an advantage. Driver's license and car, so you can easily travel to our Danish production sites. As a person, you are you are passionate about agile ways of working, service-minded and excel working in an environment, where you are able to take ownership. Additionally, you are data-driven when solving problems, able to proactively spot challenges and motivated to find solutions that can improve our app or processes. Fluency in English is a prerequisite; it is advantageous, if you can communicate in Danish.

You’ll be anchored in a digital unit, called ‘Digital Shopfloor, which serves to support the Product Supply in Novo Nordisk. We offer to digitalize production, among other things delivering apps. Our end-users are often operators or technicians, who run the production, which means that we have easy access to the end-user and feedback.
The ‘Digital Shopfloor’ team serve as an innovation catalyst in our selected business areas, where we drive digital innovation close to the end-users and showcases a different way of working to our stakeholders and collaborators. In order to add the most value, our teams are situated close to the end-users to enable easy co-creation.
