We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lean Portfolio Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Lean Portfolio Management process across the organization, ensuring alignment with business strategy, and driving continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Lean Portfolio Management process across the organization, ensuring alignment with business strategy and objectives Define and maintain the Lean Portfolio Management framework, including the governance model, investment funding, and reporting processes Facilitate the portfolio prioritization process to ensure the most valuable initiatives are funded and executed Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to define portfolio performance metrics and KPIs Continuously monitor and report on portfolio performance, identifying risks and opportunities, recommending corrective actions as needed, and driving continuous improvement of the Lean Portfolio Management process, including the adoption of new tools and techniques Which competencies to bring? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field 5+ years of experience in Lean Portfolio Management, including experience leading and managing portfolio management processes Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams About the department
You will join the UX, Design and Consulting team in the New Tech department based in Ballerup, Denmark. We are a team of UX researchers, UX/UI designers, and Digital Business Consultants exploring use cases for digital solutions. We collaborate and co-create with colleagues possessing expert knowledge in Novo Nordisk’s manufacturing and IT processes. We are working across SVP areas and support the entire global network of manufacturing sites in product supply. The area is divided into three departments with the main capabilities of: Data science, UX, Design & Consulting, and Immersive Technologies. Moreover, the department heads up efforts in establishing tracks and exploring use cases for novel technologies, such as digital twins or generative AI. The UX, Design and Consulting team is responsible for designing innovative and value adding digital solutions used by people working within Product Supply at Novo Nordisk. The team works across our three competence groups utilizing the design thinking framework as the main methodology to propose desirable, feasible, and viable solutions. Working at Novo Nordisk
