Let’s talk about the role
You will be a part of the DD&IT Business Support & Program Office team working in a cross functional setup to ensure the best facilitation of workplace management, mainly in Denmark. You will have direct reference to the Corporate Vice President. As IT Office Manager your role is primarily to lead and facilitate workplace projects in cooperation with Corporate Facilities supporting all departments within Digital, Data & IT (DD&IT). Additionally, you will have the responsibility for ensuring the full overview and forecast for workplace utilisation in DD&IT, Denmark.
  • More specifically the role includes, among others, the following responsibilities:
  • Project manager responsibility in various workplace projects, including oversight of budgets.
  • Assist in and coordinate support to various DD&IT sites in Denmark, e.g. onsite support in connection to changes.
  • Stakeholder management towards Corporate Facilities, Inhouse services etc.
  • Managing of key suppliers and vendors on behalf of DD&IT.
  • Cooperation with the DD&IT admin and EA team.
  • This is a new role, which means that you will be able to influence and shape the content of the role according to your strengths and the ongoing business needs. Qualifications
    The right candidate for this position is excited about the opportunity to be a part of the Business Support area. You have extensive experience from the role as assistant/coordinator with project management experience and want to make a significant difference for your peers and colleagues in DD&IT. Furthermore, you;
  • Hold an administrative education or higher, preferably with experience in project management.
  • Can communicate effortlessly, both verbally and written in English at business level.
  • Are proficient in MS office and in general you are a fast learner quick to pick up new software skills.
  • Have experience with stakeholder management.
  • Thrive with a high level of freedom to structure your workday and can easily work independently.
  • As a person you are flexible, have a high level of integrity and the ability to keep your sense of urgency, structure, and overview in a fast-changing environment. You are service-minded, proactive, and always strive to find solutions to challenges at hand. You have a strong personal drive, and you master the art of working independently as well as part of the administrative team.     DD&IT Business Support & Program Office is a function consisting of dedicated and highly talented employees mainly situated in Ballerup and Bagsvaerd, Denmark. Our team support the entire Novo Nordisk IT value chain with license to operate guidance and services. Additionally, our Program Office has the IT-leadership of the S/4HANA program and the subsequent benefit portfolio implementation.
