In this role, you will be leading Delivery & Guidance Services department in Product Supply (PS) Data Foundation. The team acts as a catalyst for operational excellence, and continuous improvement within PS Data Foundation by offering a suite of specialised services. Your focus will be on removing team impediments, leading the agile transformation by coaching the employees, ensuring the area's long-term strategic competence needs, and supporting the development and growth of individual career paths. In the role of Agile People Leader in an agile context, your key responsibilities will include: Attraction, onboarding, and hiring new employees People development and motivation, including coaching & mentoring Reward and performance management Facilitate cross-organisational knowledge sharing Budget management Support transformation initiatives within the area As an Agile People Leader, you will report to the Head of DD&IT PS Data Foundation and closely collaborate with other leaders in the area. What we are looking for
To succeed in this role, you should meet most of the following: Master's degree in a relevant area Are motivated by people development and driving the strategic people agenda Have 3+ years in a role with leadership experience, ideally also with direct people responsibility, preferably within IT or digitalisation Are SAFe certified and/or have practical experience in using Agile methodologies Strong experience collaborating with global teams in diverse environments On a personal level, you seek to understand the thoughts and feelings of self and others, demonstrating empathy and cultivating an environment of growth. The team consists of 20-30 diverse people both in terms of capabilities and background, with roles such as business analysts, automation analysts, data engineers, compliance leads. PS Data Foundation’s purpose is to guide the data strategy and drive data enablement across Product Supply. We enable digital transformation and manufacturing intelligence for Product Supply through a robust and real-time connected data landscape. We are currently located in Ballerup and part of DD&IT – a global community of 3700+ colleagues, driving digital, data, and IT. Every day, our thousands of digital experts work in all areas of technology. We navigate the tech spectrum, from front-end to back-end, from artificial intelligence to machine learning, and from cloud systems to quantum computing.
