The Position As a Scrum Master at Novo Nordisk, your key responsibilities will be to: Facilitate your product team’s overall effectiveness. Be a coach and demonstrate servant leadership for the product team. Keep track of and help solve impediments and escalate, if necessary. Help the product team manage their progress via transparent backlog and board overviews. Help the product team and other roles prepare and align expectations with stakeholders. Coach the product team towards autonomy and self-management. Collaborate with stakeholders across the Product Supply and DD&IT organizations. Coach Product Management and Product Ownership. Continuously mature our ways of working to have a positive impact on the overall well-being of your product team, the quality and value of delivery. Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to share best practices and improve the visibility and impact of Agile ways of working for our context. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning as a daily habit practiced by everyone. Qualifications To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who has: Relevant master’s degree in IT Software Engineering, Engineering, Communication, Business or similar in experience 3-5 years of experience in delivering IT projects. CSM, PSM or equivalent Agile certification. Proven experience delivering digital solutions within Agile frameworks. Good facilitation skills. Fluent in oral and written English. Knowledge and experience within a regulated industry will be an advantage. Knowledge within Product Management will be a plus. Experience using MS Azure DevOps will be an advantage. Experience delivering digital solutions developed on low-code (e.g. MS Power Platform), custom code (e.g. Python, C#) and Cloud platforms (e.g. MS Azure) will be a plus. As a Scrum Master, you are an ambitious and innovative team player who approaches tasks with structure, energy, curiosity, and a positive attitude. You have a flair for collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders and are passionate about powering digital transformation across the entire value chain. You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong problem-solving skills. About the Department The team is anchored in Digital, Data & IT Product Supply (DD&IT PS), an organisation of +800 employees driving implementation and operation of IT/OT on Novo Nordisk manufacturing facilities globally. Joining DD&IT, makes you step into a global community of 2100+ colleagues, driving digital, data, and IT across Novo Nordisk. You will be a part of the Process Automation Solutions team within the DD&IT PS Technology Partnering department.
