Ambu develops, manufactures and sells medical devices. Millions of patients and healthcare professionals depend on the functionality and performance of Ambu’s products worldwide.
We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Project Manager, preferable with experience within ERP projects. At Ambu, you can make your mark. You will work closely with the business and you will have the full responsibility for your projects.
You will join a Global IT department with ambitious objectives. You will report directly to the Vice President, Corporate IT and work out of Ambu’s headquarters in Ballerup.

As our new Project Manager for ERP projects, you will work closely with the business and have the full project responsibility.
Your main tasks will be:
Project initiation incl. pre-analysis, business case and recommendation Project planning and mobilisation Project execution incl. activity planning, resource coordination, partner-, stakeholder- and change management, documentation, financial management and benefit realisation
Your contact base is broad and will include Senior Management, Process Owners, Key users, IT Business Consultants, IT Application and infrastructure Specialists.
All major projects are endorsed by an executive IT governance committee. The position as project manager will provide you a strong visibility in the organisation as well the opportunity to influence the continuous improvement of Ambu’s governance- and project model.
Your first international project is already waiting for you and stakeholders are looking forward to meeting you. As Ambu is a global company and your project therefor are global, you can expect to have approx. 20-30 travel days.
Experience and passion for project management
It is key that you can work in a complex business and technical environment. We assume that you have an extensive experience driving business oriented IT projects, preferably ERP implementations). You will most likely have a project management certification and practical experience with managing multiple external partners.
As a person, you are a “do’er” and you work diligently to complete your duties keeping in mind the objectives of the business. At the same time, you are a natural team-player. It is important that you have excellent analytical skills and that you are able to simplify complex procedures and regulations.
Since we are a global company, you will be involved in cross-cultural collaboration, which means that you must be fluent in English, both orally and in writing.
