Scan Global Logistics, is looking for a GDPR Project Manager with a passion for compliance, data processing activities and working in a high pace environment. We are +1300 employees in 20 countries and have more than 90 offices in Europe and USA.
As a GDPR project manager, you become a natural focal point for ensuring GDPR compliance across Scan Global Logistics. You will be joining a leading company in the forwarding and logistics industry in Scandinavia with the clear ambition to further strengthen and expand our position in the logistics market. Work location is flexible depending on the right candidate, but one of our offices in Denmark.

Areas of responsibilities
- Policies and guidelines
- Rule application, including advice and sparring
- Awareness, teaching and rollout
- Governance, including business reviews
- Data Processing Conditions
- Reporting and actions with regards to incidents and breaches
- Knowledge sharing and gathering
- Contact person in relation to the Data Inspectorate and participation in networks
- Maintaining and developing our GDPR portal
Your background and skills
- You could be a lawyer or and have a Data Protection Officer education
- Experience with GDPR from a similar in-house function in a private company
- You communicate in English, both in writing and in speech
- You are pragmatic and results-oriented and able to translate both business and regulatory requirements into specific processes and guidelines.
- You are good at collaborating across functions and with colleagues from a different background.
- You are strong analytical and can compile diverse information, see it in new contexts and translate into action.
- As a person you are outgoing and accommodating with good communication skills.
