We are growing fast, and we are professionalizing our quality and process management, therefore, we are looking for a passionate Quality and Process Manager for our Compliance and Quality Management department. Your main tasks are all about the management of processes and ensuring the highest customer satisfaction possible.

Furthermore, the ability to grasp complex information fast and derive structured solutions would be beneficial. Especially when paired with a process-oriented mindset and a pragmatic working attitude with a hands-on mentality.

Main responsibilities
- Help setting up our quality management handbook through documenting and visualizing all processes.
- Develop and implement policies and regulations.
- Identify process improvement potentials and help on the implementation of these.
- Ensure that guidelines are followed.
Preferred qualifications
- Relevant bachelor or master university degree.
- Previous work experience with quality management systems is a must (e.g. ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
- Previous work experience with project management, process optimization or lean management is an advantage.
- Business fluent in English and Danish.
- Excellent MS Word and MS Visio skills as well as solid Excel and PowerPoint skills.
