CBRE is delivering small project & large Design & Construction projects in 37 sites/15 countries in EMEA. The Project Manager role will join a team delivering projects on the Kyndryl/IBM account across EMEA. This role will have a particular focus on delivery at the DC sites in the Nordic but with opportunities to deliver projects across EMEA.
The Project Manager will provide commercial & project management direction and oversight to ensure the success of those works. The suitable candidate will also provide leadership, management, and the development of project opportunities. To ensure projects are secured and then delivered to meet time and budget requirements and to meet or exceed client expectations.
The role will report to the EMEA Head of Projects and work alongside local Contract Managers and Account General Managers (AGM). This is an exciting development opportunity for the right candidate to grow a deep knowledge and experience of complex project delivery in the critical data centre environment.
Key responsibilities
You will be joining a highly motivated and very experience team from all parts of Europe, you will be the 6th member in the team and will have a broad network of colleagues from local small jobs managers and technical managers to local engineers and technicians. We have a solid delivery model and are an open group of people and we like to share our experience and learnings.
Our projects are most of the time complex and/or difficult to delivery mainly due to the live Data Centre infrastructure and project requirements, but we strive and plan to make every project a success, working from a “Keep it simple” principal.

Key responsibilities
- Liaise with key stakeholders on their requirements and explain feasibility of their schemes to become a trusted advisor.
- Work with designers and sub-contractors to define and document scope(s) of work(s).
- Develop and understand the full scope of works in line with the desired project business case.
- Manage and draw up tenders on behalf of the customer as needed. Carry out full tender analysis of all sub-contractor returns.
- Find, reduce, and manage all statutory and commercial risks associated with the project.
- Ensure CBRE QHSE practices and processes are fully embedded in each project.
- Ensure full compliance with project management policies and procedures.
- Manage mutually agree payment schedules and applications for payment to the benefit of the project and the business.
- Deliver the projects within the agreed budget requirements with the target to meet the agreed profit level.
- Provide timely monthly reports to the Head of Projects in an agreed format.
- Ensure customer acceptance is adhered to, in writing and in line with the project plans.
- Promoting and supporting the core Values of CBRE.

- Can demonstrate two years of project delivery experience
- Have a good grasp of spoken and written Danish and English language
