Description
This job should have a great appeal if you like to combine project management responsibility with utilizing your skills related to data management, finance, strategy and marketing insights. We are looking for an ambitious and confident person, who likes the thought of delivering structured analyzed data to the top management team in Radiometer. Maybe you have tried this before in a consultancy role or another similar internal role in which case this job might be the right next step for you.
An international team in the Danish Headquarters
The Business Development, Market Intelligence & Pricing Department consist of four (five when you join) very diverse employees. Your coming manager, Echo Gu, who has experience from working in China, the UK and Denmark highlights this as one of the interesting facts and strengths about the team:
“We work with subsidiaries from all over the world, so we see it as a strength that the team have members who can communicate fluently in many languages and are used to collaborating across borders and with different cultures.” The team is part of Global Marketing and their main objective is to deliver solid insights based on objective analysis to support business decision-making processes and influence corporate strategic directions.
Your responsibility
The role and team is based in Radiometer Headquarters in Brønshøj/Copenhagen. With direct report to Radiometer’s Director of Global Business Development & Market Intelligence, Echo Gu, you continue our endeavors to provide vital information to influence the strategy set by our top management in Radiometer. Notifying other stakeholders with the potential implications for the business based on competitor intelligence is also required. In a very cross-functional role where your visibility in the organization and data management skills are vital to the success, you can look forward to the following responsibilities summed up:
• Collect, generate and present competitor intelligence report
• Create and reform competitor profile
• Manage competitor intelligence materials development projects with cross functional team
• Set up integrated market intelligence solution platform
• Manage market research projects
• Training new employees on Competitor Intelligence

Qualifications
A relevant master’s degree combined with most of the following increases your chances of success in the job:
• At least 5 years’ experience related to competitor intelligence or business analysis, preferably with:o Market/financial analysis in an international contexto Financial, marketing and sales metricso Market researcho Medical devices and diagnostics in particular is a big plus
• Superior quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
• Technical flair and ability to understand complex products
• Strong written and verbal presentation and communication skills in English, and confidence in presenting to senior level management.
