The Role:
The Project Manager is expected to support the project management team with his experience to help secure a safe and timely execution of the project.

The success criteria will be that the supervision team supports a smooth construction process in accordance with the contract. This is done by proactively raising issues/concerns and by interacting with the contractor in finding practical solutions within contract requirements.

Workplace:
Workplace for the role as deputy Project Manager will primarily be at site facilities on Zealand. However initially, until site facilities have been established, work-place will be in Fredericia and/or Ballerup. Site facilities are expected to be operational February 2021.

Working Hours:
The working hours will primarily be up to 37 hours per week, however this may vary.

Employment duration:
The employment will be from November 2020 until project completion expected to be Q1 2022.

Tasks:
  • Assist the Project Manager in the overall contract management of the construction sites and construction activities
  • Coordinate review of method statements and other documents and deliverables from the Contractor
  • Responsible for the internal review; carried out by the Document Controller; of Contractor’s project execution planning and in Contractor’s general execution of the works in accordance with project specifications carried out by the Document Controller
  • Manage and secure coordination of the group of supervisors, as supplied by Supervision Contractor
  • Participate in site meetings and engage in clarifications between supervision and Contractor, as necessary
  • Participate in Risk analysis for the project
  • Ensure continuously sharing of knowledge in the site office and across the entire project
  • Engage in reviews of technical documents as well as in claim management as required
  • Cooperate with technical specialists to secure timely processing and replies on technical matters
  • Engage in cost control and in claim management along with site and project management
  • Secure execution of necessary rectification works performed in accordance with applicable procedures
  • Secure timely availability of supplied materials
  • Raise TQ’s and management of TQ’s, as applicable

Candidates are expected to have +10 years of project management experience as well as experience as construction supervisor.
