As Senior Project Manager, you will be working in our expanding offshore wind business area. Our current markets within offshore wind include Europe, Taiwan and the USA. You will be reporting to Director, EPC Management, Large Projects – Kasper Thomsen.
You will have full P/L responsibility for the execution of EPC projects, including the overall project management of all main areas - economy, quality, HSE, engineering, procurement, construction and installation (EPCI). You ensure that the Group and Division strategies are implemented through the execution of your projects and you are the primary interface with the client.
Key responsibilities and tasks
Your profile
You have a Bachelor or a Master of Science in Engineering or you have a Marine Engineering degree. You have extensive project management experience from the offshore wind industry, preferably with a PM certification. You are known as a person who can build and maintain professional relationships with your stakeholders. You have strong abilities to build high performance project teams. You are analytical and flexible in your solution-oriented approach.
The position will be based in Esbjerg or Ballerup.

As Senior Project Manager, you will be working in our expanding offshore wind business area. Our current markets within offshore wind include Europe, Taiwan and the USA. You will be reporting to Director, EPC Management, Large Projects – Kasper Thomsen.
You will have full P/L responsibility for the execution of EPC projects, including the overall project management of all main areas - economy, quality, HSE, engineering, procurement, construction and installation (EPCI). You ensure that the Group and Division strategies are implemented through the execution of your projects and you are the primary interface with the client.
Key responsibilities and tasks
- Preparation of estimates, offers and calculations during the budget & quotation phase.
- Establishing clear scope and objectives.
- Coordinating with department heads to establish and staff the project organization.
- Conducting regular status meetings with the design and construction teams allocated to your project.
- Responsible for the development of project cost including preparing updated monthly forecasts.
- Preparing and regularly updating risk and opportunity register to ensure that effective mitigation measures are taken.
- Assisting Procurement on matters of warranty, commercial issues, delivery milestones and subcontractor and sub-supplier performance.
- You are fully accountable for the following KPI’s:
- Adherence to budget on gross Margin and Cash flow.
- Customer and employee Satisfaction (Project specific)
- HSE&Q Performance
- Adherence to delivery time
Your profile
