You will join an experienced engineering and fabrication team of highly skilled colleagues and will work from our headquarter in Esbjerg. You will be working closely together with both engineers and the fabrication team to combine our extensive experience from both engineering and fabrication to the benefits of our clients.
Key responsibilities
You will be a valued addition to our team working with all phases of the projects. The key tasks include:
The work will include onshore / offshore travelling with an expected 10-15 travel days per year.
Your profile
The ideal candidate holds a theoretical engineering background and has extensive experience within structural and mechanical disciplines. You have completed project management training or education and has proven over at least 3 years that you can execute complex development projects with success.
You take pride in setting your standards high and know the importance of having the right safety mindset. Besides, you believe that success is only achieved through dedicated teamwork.

- Responsible for project cost, time & quality
- Client & supplier contact
- Reporting internal & external
- Project planning
- Resource planning across projects
- Sales work & tender preparation
- Supplier selection, negotiations and follow up
- Concept development
- Engineering lead activities
- Participation in team development
