As our new student Assistant in our project management team for our oil & gas division, you will be faced with a wide variety of interesting tasks and responsibilities related to supporting your colleagues.

Your tasks & responsibilities
We are handling a lot of projects so you will play an important role in assisting the project teams with project execution.
You will gain unique insight into project management and execution across all phases of projects!
You will have a broad variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

Your tasks & responsibilities
We are handling a lot of projects so you will play an important role in assisting the project teams with project execution.
You will gain unique insight into project management and execution across all phases of projects!
You will have a broad variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Assisting project managers with many different Ad-Hoc tasks and administrative work
- Assisting our engineers in various technical tasks
- Participate in project reporting and registration
- Assisting project team in procurement and logistics tasks
Your profile & qualifications
We imagine that you are an outgoing, and service minded student with a positive attitude.
You also have a proactive and organized approach to your assignments, with a strong focus on meeting your deadlines.
To succeed in this position, we expect that you:
- Are undergoing a relevant bachelor’s education, for example marine engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or similar
- Have experience with MS Office, particularly Excel
- Are great at both verbal and written communication in English
- Are available to work 15 – 20 hours a week during regular business hours
- Danish proficiency is a plus but not a requirement
