Your position
In Rig & Marine division we are looking for a structured and skilled Senior Project Manager, who can ensure focus on tasks in a team, to reach the target of delivering a fantastic project to our clients. There are a lot of interesting challenges within yard stays, modification projects on drilling rigs and special vessels. You will be part of the Rig & Offshore Marine department with 75 colleagues working locally and globally on projects in our division. You will report to John K. Andersen, Head of Projects.
Your tasks & responsibilities
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects according to agreed budget, plan, and quality, and to the satisfaction of our customers. The projects typically involve maintenance and modification tasks on floating units such as drilling rigs and special vessel. They cover all disciplines and project phases, and the project manager will also be involved in the sales phase. Several contractual models are applied for the projects.

- Providing inspiring leadership and motivating the project teams by providing direction and assigning clear roles and responsibilities
- Ensuring that our project deliveries are within time, quality, and cost targets
- Monthly project reviews to ensure accountability of all project activities
- Developing and managing complex, multiphase budgets and business plans
- Follow Company policies and procedures

- Higher technical education
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
- Experience within the maritime or offshore segment
- Able to manage both technical and financial risk
- Great communication skills in English, written and verbal, as well as Danish is preferred
