Semco Maritime is looking for a Project Manager to join a strong team of project managers and engineers, all dedicated to delivering first-class firefighting solutions, mainly for renewable energy projects like offshore wind farms. Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day project planning and alignment of expectations in cooperation with project team.
  • Complete quality projects according to budget and timeline.
  • Status reporting with focus on project economy, quality, progress and milestones.
  • Team and sub-supplier management according to corporate values.
  • Technical engineer support and review of technical and qualitative methods.
  • Ensure that customers are well informed and that any unforeseen issues are dealt with in consultation with the customers.

Your qualifications:

  • Marine Engineer, Bachelor of Engineering or other relevant background.
  • At least 3 years of project management experience in machine construction, offshore wind farms, oil & gas, or other relevant industry (multidisciplinary, mechanical or piping). Firefighting project experience or previous offshore/yard work is an advantage but is not required.
  • Strong technical profile with a customer-centric mindset.
  • You communicate proactively create the special sense of team spirit through a situation-based approach.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
