Are you up for taking on a strategic and transversal role across ITS within Methods, Change Management, Project Management & Governance, and Compliance? And would you like to support and drive the improvement of existing processes and the introduction of new processes to improve the efficiency and delivery of the TotalEnergies DK (TEPDK) IT organization?Then this position in our Project & Performance (P&P) team might be for you. In this role, you will ensure proactive change management and set the direction for methods within ITS.

Overall, you will be accountable for the IT Project Management Office (PMO) processes and framework.

In essence you can look forward to:
- Methods
- Set the direction for processes across the ITS department.
- Own the standard IT processes/procedures and ensure their regular review and update.
- Project Management, Review & Governance
- Ongoing development, refinement, and continuous improvement of the IS project management framework, including creating, maintaining, and updating of project management template documents and artefacts.
- Providing training and specialist advice to the IS department and the entity in the effective use of the IS Project Management framework.
- Undertake project review meetings with individual project managers, to ensure the project is on track and understand any issues with project delivery, and where necessary provide support through PMO deep dive reviews of a project.
- Support and coordinate the IS Project Portfolio review process, through ensuring project information is current and relevant, and effective project review meetings have been carried out.
- Compliance, Audits & CMS
- Drive and coordinate the ITS departments response to audit requests & requirements, participate on audit committees.
- CMS – ensure owners are compliant with required maintenance of their documents, and the required inputs and updates.
