As an important part in our strategic push towards the green transition within PtX, and similar onshore energy process plants, we are looking to hire a dedicated Sr. Process Engineer experienced from the energy industry.
Your place of work will be either our location in Esbjerg by the seafront or in our Ballerup office based on your convenience. The position is full-time, and you should expect up 20-40 travel days annually for work.

Your task & responsibilities
As Senior Process Engineer some of your responsibilities will be:
- Process calculations and simulation related to heat balance, mass balance, pressure drop calculation, PSV sizing, etc.
- PFD and PID development
- Instrumentation and control specifications
- Development of equipment data sheets
- Pump and Compressor selection and sizing
- PED directive and related Danish Directives
- EN standards related to process systems e.g. EN764-7, EN13445, EN13480, etc.
- HAZOP/HAZID facilitation, documentation and follow up
Your profile & qualifications
- Process Engineer B.Sc. or M.Sc.
- 10+ years in process design
- Proven Project Management skills
- Operation experience
- Experience with development of commissioning procedures
- Experience with CE-marking of mechanical and process systems
- Experience with relevant ASME standards, EN12100 (machinery), IEC 61508 (Functional Safety) and IEC 61511 (Safety Integrity Level)
