Vilofoss Group is looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager, to take part in the exciting journey we are facing in the coming years. We have an overall strategy and ambition to implement a new SAP S/4 HANA Platform for our global business. The intention is to implement the SAP S/4 HANA solution as the core in our future technology platform and on top of that implement digital solutions/applications to serve both our customers & strategic suppliers digital needs going forward. The projects will take offset in the running project establishing and implementing the SAP S/4 HANA in DLG and Vilofoss in Denmark.
The implementation journey will kick-start mid-autumn 2022 and therefore we therefore need you as soon as possible.
As our new Senior Project Manager, you will be based in our DLG Group headquarters in Fredericia, DK but also be travelling to France, Belgium, Spain, Germany for the implementation of the projects. You will be responsible for executing the projects through all its project phases (Initiation to Closing) and you will work closely together with the Vilofoss Group, The Maia Program and DLG Group IT on the most essential DLG Group Strategic initiative going forward. Maia is the program name for the business project of implementing SAP S/4 HANA.
Your primary responsibilities include:

Experienced ERP Project Manager with Strong collaboration skills
We imagine that you have a relevant higher education and experience with the deployment of major ERP projects, preferably SAP.
You know how to navigate in larger projects, and with your adaptability, you thrive in a sometimes unpredictable and dynamic environment. In order to succeed in the role, it is essential that you have a great overview and can set clear goals for your project team. With your strong communicative skills and leadership, you build trusting collaborative relationships within the project and across the organization. You both listen to and challenge colleagues and external partners, and you are able to balance between standing firm and finding constructive solutions in the collaboration.

You are part of an international workplace and are fluent in both Danish and English. You are flexible about your working hours and you should expect 40-50 travel days a year.
Contribute to the direction and to future business growth in the Vilofoss Group
You will be involved from the start and will have the opportunity to influence the direction of a high-priority strategic IT project that will equip the Vilofoss Group for us to be even stronger in the future. The project is expected to run for a 3 to 4 year period, and after complete implementation, we naturally offer a continued career path in the DLG Group – e.g. in a challenging management position or in other exciting projects in the DLG Group, which continue to have the ambition to grow.
Your daily life will be at DLG's newly built, award-winning headquarters Fredericia, where the entire Vilofoss administration is gathered. Here you get a unique workplace in beautiful surroundings, with a good canteen scheme and fitness room.

- Ensure effective execution of Vilofoss Group SAP Projects
- Create and agree objectives, business cases, scope, budget and plan with the Project Sponsor & overall Steering Committee.
- Mobilization and ongoing staffing to Projects, agree resourcing with local business stakeholders, Vilofoss Group & DLG Group IT, handle escalated staffing issues
- Management of project risks and issues.
- Monitor & report on progress against plan to the Project Steering Committee.
- Ensure that the project methodology, processes & procedures (Toolbox must be finally developed) are followed and continuously are up to date.
- Ensure that weekly planning meetings with the project teams are executed and project status reporting are updated on a weekly basis.
- Ensure that relevant & prioritized projects are “ready” (min. information available) for the different gates in the state gate project model.
- Ensure coordination and alignment with the MAIA/DLG Group on Projects
You will be part of Vilofoss Group and work closely together with DLG Group MAIA project team.

- Have proven skills in Project Management (planning, resourcing, cost control & D2D management of task within projects) (+5-8 years)
- Have proven experience within SAP implementations projects, building templates functionality and roll-out of this template. (+5-8 years)
- Have strong leadership skills, are a team player & outgoing.
- Are structured and have proven analytical, decision making and communication skills.
- Have strong stakeholder management and people development skills.
- Take ownership and are ready for change
- Are familiar with working across cultures and have strong English language skills.
