Your role and responsibilities as Project Manager:
Responsible for small and large projects such as project planning, financial management and quality assurance. Lead and optimize the project process in close corporation with your team. Ensure an effective project process by securing a fast progress and an efficient decision-making process. Direct contact with customers. Calculation and sale of additional contracts. Construction meetings and handover of projects.

Your professional skills:
An education within the electrical area such as electrician, electrical contractor, engineer or similar. High proficiency in both Polish and English or Danish, written as well as oral. A skilled project manager with experience in planning: breaking overall plans into subtasks, making schedules, setting up deadlines and not at least meeting the deadlines. Experienced manager of a team of technical staff. Experience within mobile network solutions, transmission, site acquisition and/or DAS solutions is not a must, but desired. Most important is that you are both interested in and capable of understanding the customer’s needs and the company’s core output in order to secure a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
An education within the electrical area such as electrician, electrical contractor, engineer or similar.
High proficiency in both Polish and English or Danish, written as well as oral.
A skilled project manager with experience in planning: breaking overall plans into subtasks, making schedules, setting up deadlines and not at least meeting the deadlines.
Experienced manager of a team of technical staff.
Experience within mobile network solutions, transmission, site acquisition and/or DAS solutions is not a must, but desired.

You are proactive and can make things happen. You are outgoing, good at networking and likes to cooperate with both customers and colleagues. You can get things done in a fast-changing world through honest and direct communication. You are result-oriented and wants to walk the extra mile to meet a deadline.
