The position
As a Project Manager to IT/OT, you will be part of the newly established Project Team implementing IT/OT solutions across the Biotech & Rare Disease area (BRD). The team is focusing on delivering digital and automation solutions directly impacting production lines. In your role you will be responsible for scoping new ideas, executing projects, and coordinating activities with close collaboration of local IT&OT teams and production department. The position is at least 1-year maternity leave substitute, located primarily in Gentofte. Your responsibilities summed up: Ensuring strategic alignment with site stakeholders, Ensuring plan adherence, execution and project funding, Supporting right prioritisation of projects for the facilities, Leading IT/OT projects and secure high quality of required deliverables, Improving an internal framework to ensure oversight of projects, You will be in charge of the project team's leadership, direction, guidance, and coaching. Your role will include navigating between traditional waterfall project methods and the Scaled Agile Framework.
Your time will be split between the technician team and the factory project team where the new product will be launched. Qualifications

You properly recognize some of the following skills or experience needed to succeed in this role: Hold master’s degree in relevant field: e.q Engineering, IT, Automation, Business Administration Min. 3 years of experience from project manager, consultant role or similar Experience within IT and automation implementation (within GxP area will be an advantage) Extensive stakeholder management experience with different organizational levels and facilitate communication and collaboration to build strong personal relations to internal and external stakeholders, Knowledge and experience with Agile framework will be an advantage, Fluent English in writing and speaking is a must. On a personal level, you have strong people skills and a natural ability to engage your stakeholders. You keep the focus on learning and delivering strong results. You are structured and ambitious about your projects and are interested in growing your skills as well as expertise to lead the way. About the department
You will join the IT & OT Project Team with 12 skilled and very committed colleagues: project managers, validation specialists and product architects. We are placed in Digital, data & IT (DDIT) department operating in Gentofte, Hillerød and Kalundborg to support BRD where we partner with production.
Both BRD & DDIT are part of Novo Nordisk Product Supply, which is a global production network at the forefront of technology and in quality production of pharmaceutical products.
We are producing at full speed in existing facilities, while building and ramping up new state of the art additions to keep up with demand and new Novo Nordisk products. We bring value to patients by delivering the high-quality IT & automation solutions in compliance with Good Manufacturing Process (GMP).
