In the position of Senior Project Portfolio Manager, you will be a key decision-maker, be project portfolio responsible, and you will have the opportunity to make your mark on high-priority projects. Tower & Monopiles is a business unit within the Enabl Equipment division. The team operates globally and supports both the onshore and offshore industries. Our goal is to remain a market leader and grow with climate change mitigation.
Your responsibilities and tasks
You will be the driving force from the initiation phase to the final result, and you will ensure close dialogue with our customers, our sales team, and close cooperation with your project team.

You will report to and cooperate closely with the Senior Director, T&M.
Your professional and personal profile
You have project management certification, such as IPMA or PRINCE2, or are willing to acquire it.

Working hours and workplace
The position is a full-time position, and the primary place of work will be at our Hedensted office, with the opportunity to also work from home.

Your responsibilities and tasks
You will be the driving force from the initiation phase to the final result, and you will ensure close dialogue with our customers, our sales team, and close cooperation with your project team.
Your will amongst others be responsible for:
- The portfolio of Equipment to Tower and Monopiles and ensure commercial expectations are met.
- Drive and monitor project progress, budget, and performance from end to end.
- Support sales during Tender, and until hand-over in project execution.
- Lead project managers and ensure stakeholder management across the organization.
- Participate in customer meetings and ensure communication, and reporting
- Hands-on attitude will be essential, and from time to time you will be deeply involved in the project management execution yourself.
- Contribute to developing the area and implementing best practices and effectiveness within the department.
You will report to and cooperate closely with the Senior Director, T&M.
Your professional and personal profile
You have project management certification, such as IPMA or PRINCE2, or are willing to acquire it.
Your qualifications
- Academic degree in business administration, economics, engineering, or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in a similar PM function within a construction, service or IT industry
- In-depth understanding and experience working within the wind industry (directly or at OEM)
- Previous experience working on IT or other large-scale projects in a similar industry
- Fluent in English

- You have solid interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships
- You can work across various parts of the value chain, identify, and involve the necessary business stakeholders
- Solid common problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Good business process understanding, and a continuous improvement mind-set
