We are looking for a Client Director to join our Copenhagen, Aarhus, London or Malmo office. As we are working with some of the world’s leading companies, we are looking for a senior-level consultant with a proven track record of developing client relationships, winning business, and designing and facilitating highly value-adding programmes within project and change management.You will be responsible for growing our market share within project management development by attracting new international clients while managing and developing a portfolio of existing global clients. Besides account management and new business development, the role includes a combination of facilitation of advanced development programmes, instructional design and consultancy. It is crucial that you have the ability to understand the client’s business and challenges for you to propose the best solution.Deliveries will be done both using virtual tools such as MS Teams, Zoom etc. from [xxxxx]’s updated facilities, or on-site as required. Managing client accounts as a true value-adding business partnerPreparation of and writing proposals as well as presentations for both existing clients and prospectsDesigning and delivering bespoke project management development solutions and consulting assignments with leading, global organisationsSpeaking and networking at conferencesDelivering and facilitating programmes/workshops, virtual sessions or face-to-face interventionsAdvising clients on strategic and tactical issues within project management and leadershipThe position reports to our VP of Project and Programme Management based in Copenhagen. (The team is currently ca. 25 people including our associates).Your qualifications/experienceA sound business acumen preferably within one of our key sectors such as Energy, Life Science/Pharma or Engineering.Relationship building and client management skillsDesign of innovative and business learning programmes within project managementThe capability of being consultative and understanding a client’s business and potential challengesExperience in managing bid and presentation teamsAt least 10 years of experience as a Project or Programme Manager on complex projects/ProgrammesTrack record of selling complex consultancy solutions in the human capital spaceFluent in English – working knowledge of other European languages would be an advantageAn internationally recognized, current Project Management certification. Such as PMI-PMP, IPMA C or Prince2 Foundation would be relevantA relevant master's degree – such as a business or engineeringYour personal skillsPassion for people and project managementExcellent organisational skills, self-motivated but able to work as part of an entrepreneurial teamSophisticated operator able to build coalitions of support within organisationsEnergetic and self-driven in order to proactively “find more, win more and grow more” clients.You will be part of an attractive businessAs a [xxxxx] employee, you will be supported by a strong international organisation.
