We are looking for a digital project manager ready to share and grow
The position is based in the ERP department which is part of the Internal IT. In the ERP department we are currently 4 fulltime employees across Roskilde and Warsaw, and in the Internal IT area we are 15 fulltime employees and 1 student assistant.
In the ERP department we work with various financial IT systems and run different kind of optimizations projects, for the staff functions in BEC. Internal IT supports the entire organization in Denmark (3 different locations) and Poland (Warsaw), everything from onboarding new employees to implementing projects that ensure effective working experience to our users and developers.
The ERP department has mainly been focusing on delivering a new ERP to our Finance function, but now the time has come to focus on system support for other staff functions. Next in line is our People & Culture function where there is a large need for systems to ease work processes and help support BEC’s People Vision strategy.
We are currently scoping and planning our initiatives in this area and the digital project manager will play an important part in this process and in executing the projects planned afterwards.
Our current thinking about the coming solutions are pointing towards technologies like Cloud, Azure, Common Data Service, Power Apps, so if these concepts are familiar to you, perhaps you are our new digital project manager.
Primary task and responsibilities
In the position as digital project manager, your main task will be to individually run smaller to larger projects in a technical environment, with a close collaboration with your colleagues in Internal IT area.

Preferably, you have an educational background as master of IT and minimum 5 years of experience from a similar position working with IT projects, and either have Prince 2 or IPMA certification. Experience with working in larger IT organization would also be an advantage. Experience with IT architecture and system landscape design is an advantage, but not a prerequisite.

- Reporting to management and steering committee’s
- Stakeholder management
- Test management
- Facilitate workshops on IT and business requirements
- Change management
- Technical assessment of the IT-architecture
