Are you our Assistant Project Manager to act as day-to-day collaboration and cooperation link between the extended Employer organization and the Design and Build Contractor?
The project is being delivered as a Design and Build project. The Employer of the project is The Capital Region of Denmark, Centre for Real Estate (CEJ)
About the project
The Capital Region of Denmark is currently investing 20 billion DKK in hospital constructions across the Region. The projects will create contemporary and functional frameworks for the best possible treatment where focus is on the patients.
New Hospital Bispebjerg consists of several separate projects, of which the Main Hospital Building, of approx. 75,500 m2, is the largest. The Hospital is expected to be finished in 2026.

The Regions role as the Employer in the Design and Build Contract is to ensure that the work is progressing as per the requirements, the agreed time schedule and budget.

Salary and conditions for employment
The salary and conditions for the employment will be according to current trade agreement, with the possibility for negotiating supplements for qualifications.
The workplace is at Bispebjerg Hospital, Bispebjerg Bakke, 2400 Copenhagen NV.
Working hours are 37 hours per week

The Assistant Project Manager will work directly with the Head of Construction and Project Director, supporting the extended employer organization with the following tasks:
- Analyze cost plans, progress claims, and conduct cost benchmark analysis
- Assist in the processing and coordination of contract changes and claims
- Assist in identification of project risks, and implementation of mitigation plans
- Support the employer organization with the supervision of design and construction works
- Analyze and assist in the preparation of time schedules
- Attend meetings, prepare agendas, and meeting minutes
- Coordinate and track timely completion of actions and decisions
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other project documents
- Support the organization of the project web portal, data management and information flow
About you
We are looking for someone with the following skills and qualifications:
- Degree related to construction industry and the built environment (e.g., structural, mechanical, electrical engineering, architecture, project management etc.)
- Further studies in project management or construction law are an advantage
- 0 – 3 years of relevant experience
- A good level of English as the role requires writing reports in English and most verbal communication also will be in English
- PD3[1] or equivalent level of Danish language skills
- General knowledge of standard forms of construction contracts and ‘Danish AB contracts’ is an advantage
- Practical knowledge of ‘Danish BIM practice (DS/EN/ISO 19650)’
- Furthermore, knowledge in ‘Primavera P6’ and ‘Molio Prisdata’ is an advantage
