Everfuel is the new fuel company in Europe – providing green hydrogen for larger vehicle fleets like buses, trucks and taxies. Everfuel provides the missing link between renewable energy and green transportation as a partner, owner and operator of PtX plants, hydrogen distribution and hydrogen fueling stations.

About the job position
As Process Engineer you will be responsible for product development and projects in the Technology Department. You will be working with development and design of hydrogen fueling stations and electrolyzers plants. You will be part of a technical strong and innovative development team and will be working cross organizational as long as with suppliers and authorities. You will therefore manage a key position in an environment with highly technical ATEX regulated equipment.

Reporting will be to the CTO. Place of work will be Høgild near Herning, Denmark but you should expect some travelling days a year for example to the Electrolyzers Plant to be built in Fredericia. You will be part of an ever growing team of motivated people who are dedicated to make green hydrogen for transportation a competitive alternative to fossil fuels – do you want to make an impact on the future? – Then join us!

Your tasks will include:

  • Development and design of hydrogen fueling stations and electrolyzers plants
  • Engineering in relation to hydrogen fueling stations
  • Engineering of hydrogen production facilities
  • From detailed design to implementation
  • Process simulation, design, system designs and process controls
  • Specifications of hydrogen compressors, electrolyzers and storage units
  • Reviews, verifications, and integrations of workflows
  • Quality-analysis reporting (defining KPI´s, regular reporting and driving continuous improvement)
  • Co-development with subcontractors
  • Quantitative safety risk assessments
  • Work with authorities to get approvals
  • Be part of growing Everfuels technology team

Requirements
You have a technical educational background most likely on engineer level within process, mechanical, chemical or other relevant engineering background. You have minimum 5 years of experience from a relevant job in process engineering.

You are analytical and detailed focused but still able to work in a hectic environment with a lot of interfaces. You are highly productive and focused on getting things done. You have good interpersonal skills and can work both independently and in teams. You are proficient in both written and spoken Danish and English. As a person you are dedicated to your job and you want to make a difference to the world by working in a company that wants to make green transportation possible.

  • Relevant technical education combined with minimum 5 years relevant experience
  • Experience with mechanical and process development, process design and control
  • Experience with programs for design
  • Experience with hazard studies such as FMEA, HAZOP, LOPA
  • Thermodynamics knowledge regarding fluids mechanics involving flow, pressure, temperature, cooling parameters
  • Danish and English in writing and orally for professional use
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP Systems
