If so, read on to find out more about our new Project Planner opportunity based in Hillerød! The position As Project Planner, you will partner with the Lead Project Planner in discussion with Project Leadership and functional line representatives to create detailed project plans and schedules related to our capacity expansion project!
During this project, your focus will be on ensuring the project planning and scheduling processes, which includes continuous monitoring and controlling of the schedule and creating data/insights to monitoring project performance in compliance with the standard values and prerequisites for future capacity budgeting and planning.Specifically, this will include: Overseeing all activities related to planning including scheduling and developing detailed project plans covering the full project scope. Resource planning from establishing and maintaining project resourcing plans through to analyzing scenario planning for impact on staffing plans. This project will give you the scope to be involved in a new, high-profile project where you will have the opportunity to be involved in shaping and scheduling activities at senior management level. Qualifications An academic degree within Engineering, Business Administration or Finance Management or similar. Extensive project management experience within building and developing projects in engineering production/ construction. Preferably, this is from the pharmaceutical industry. Experience working with scheduling software e.g. Primavera, Microsoft Project or similar Experience with data analysis and presenting findings. Working cross functionally liaising and building relations with senior stakeholders. Fluent in spoken and written English. Danish will be considered highly advantegous.

About the department
Our team is working to expand the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) capacity of our Biotech production in Hillerød. You will become a part of one of the most significant expansion projects in Novo Nordisk – and when finished the facility will employ app. 340 colleagues. The highly automated facility will be equipped with state-of-the-art technology that is flexible to accommodate new processes and products. It will expand our capacity for our portfolio of clinical late phase products to serve more people living with serious chronic diseases including rare diseases.
