The Position As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating facility capacity for project implementations during non-API production times. In this role you will be responsible for coordinating and prioritising projects with the purpose to ensure that we obtain a stable production in compliance with all the requirements, together with enabling us to produce new products. You will coordinate and manage facility shutdown activities, communicate with stakeholders and management team, take care of scheduling and logistics. It is crucial to collaborate with project team members to ensure project goals are met and to communicate project status and progress to stakeholders. The main tasks will be to:
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, monitor project progress.
• Manage project documentation and maintain accurate record, while you establish that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.
• Certify compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor project progress and make sure that all project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Facilitate project meetings and workshops, prepare and present project status reports to management. Qualifications To be considered for this position, you should have:
• A master’s degree in engineering, management, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in project coordination or management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Hands-on knowledge of GMP, safety regulations and procedures, while having experience within API production is considered a plus.
• Full professional proficiency in English. On a personal level, you are a self-starter with a passion for project coordination, project management. Strong organizational and communication skills are key to succeed in this role. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, while having great stakeholder management skills, are skills we look forward to seeing in our new colleague. About the department You will be part of a dynamic business area that produce Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) for patients across the world.
Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD) API Denmark, New Product Entry consists of around 25 employees split into two teams, specialists and staff functions. We are located in Hillerød, where we currently produce Refixia®, and other API´s in clinical phases, thus being a multi-product facility.
New Product Entry is responsible for introducing new products into the facility and responsible for managing the investment project portfolio.
