The position As a Project Manager working with Intralogistics, you share responsibility for supporting the project team of highly skilled engineers and specialists in charge of the implementation of innovative assembly and packaging lines. These lines are essential for success and will bring Novo Nordisk to the forefront of technology and innovation. As such, you serve as a crucial link between workgroups, program managers, specialists, and other key stakeholders. Some of your key tasks encompass: Driving initiatives within the project in partnership with Novo Nordisk’s global manufacturing sites Managing a wide range of stakeholders both within Novo Nordisk and externally Initiating, executing, and finalizing projects within our established project execution framework Reporting and communicating at various organizational levels and forums as well as ensuring an engaged project team and satisfied stakeholders Contributing to the continuous improvement of our everyday work as well as more tactical initiatives You may anticipate approximately 10 days per year of international travels. Qualifications To be considered for this position, we imagine you: Hold at least a bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Management, or a related field Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Manager, leading complex business projects within a large international organization Possess prior exposure to a regulated industry, such as pharmaceutical, medical devices, or food Exhibit a keen interest for engineering and manufacturing equipment, thriving in a role that involves active engagement in both technical aspects and project execution and planning Display fluency in both spoken and written English It would be considered as a plus if you have experience in assembly, packaging, or process mapping. As a person, you have a high degree of emotional intelligence: you can easily establish close collaboration with stakeholders, both internally and externally, create a highly engaged team, and have effective governance on the projects. You also have excellent analytical, planning, and communication skills, which will enable you to continuously set direction, keep an overview of progress, and prioritize actions accordingly. About the department You will join DMD and the A&P Strategic Support team, a key function supporting assembly and packaging of Novo Nordisk finished products, primarily pen injectors and tablets. We are bridging product development to production and driving development and standardization of new, smarter and aligned processes. Furthermore, we are responsible for establishing assembly and packaging capacity worldwide for new and marketed products in compliance with current regulatory requirements and in close interaction with the Novo Nordisk global production sites. We have an end-to-end presence from device development to production implementation and support to running production. We are located in Hillerød and are a department that is growing rapidly, consisting of over 150 employees placed into different teams.
