As a Senior Project Manager in Portfolio Management, you will be responsible for the project portfolio in a large capacity expansion program named Multivendor and together with Project Managers ensure smooth project execution. The responsibilities also include aligning capacity needs with the Strategic Supply Chain and ensuring the priorities are reflected in the master plan for the Multivendor Program. You will also play a key role in ensuring resources are in place when projects are prioritized, budgeting, governance, and vendor alignment to support successful project delivery. Main responsibilities will include to: Align and coordinate capacity needs with Strategic Supply Chain and include the priorities in the master plan for Multivendor and ensure the program is ready with resources when projects move to execution Responsible for the initiate phase in the execution model which also includes supporting Project Managers in ensuring correct deliverables/milestones are reflected in the contracts with vendors according to the program timeline. Create, own, and maintain the governance structure to ensure the projects are following the correct execution flow and are approved within the gate structure and ensure alignment with key stakeholders on priorities Oversee budgeting (AB/RE) to incorporate program needs and provide a clear economic overview Staying aware of shifting priorities is essential to ensure strategic alignment across teams together with strong stakeholder management both internally as externally. Travel activities might occur in this role, with an average of 5-20 days per year.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with effective communication and stakeholder management skills, who can pair a flair for informal leadership with a consultancy mindset. To excel in this role, you should have: An academic degree at the master’s level Solid project portfolio management experience (+5 years), i.e., from consultancy, leading PMO, or implementing and driving PMO processes in large and complex organizations Training and experience in project portfolio management Understanding of complex systems, programs, and projects Full English proficiency, both spoken and written, while it will be an advantage to also be fluent in Danish As a person, you take pride in having personal accountability, keeping the end goal in focus and having a proactive approach. You hold excellent cooperation skills and a profound team spirit. You are dedicated and work with a positive attitude.

We are an end-to-end corporate organisation developing products for high volume production, establishing control strategy of the products, improving, and implementing the production equipment at the production sites in different parts of the world.
