We are looking for an energetic PA for the CIO/SVP Global IT in ALK to take on an essential role in ensuring efficient and professional administrative support.

The job
You will be reporting directly to the CIO/SVP Global IT; main work areas in the PA and IT project coordinator job role will be:

  • Coordinating and managing the agenda and logistics for SVP Global IT leadership meetings, department on-sites/off-sites, and ad hoc events.
  • Preparing and distributing relevant documents for the SVP Global IT, including material for selected boards.
  • Coordinating and following up with project managers on our IT project portfolio
  • Assisting with the preparation and coordination of presentations.
  • Driving projects and participating in the coordination of the yearly IT strategy process.
  • Handling communication and newsletters.
  • Managing the SVP Global IT's calendar, organizing international travel arrangements, and handling related requirements.
  • Carry out expense handling and provide budget support.
  • And more.

To excel in this role, you should be proactive, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have experience working with diverse nationalities and functions. Strong organizational abilities and the ability to prioritize tasks are also essential.

Additionally, you should have:

  • At least 5 years of practical experience providing administrative support at an executive level within a corporate international environment.
  • A relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with document management, proofreading, and maintaining document overview.
  • Proficiency in coordinating, planning, and managing calendars.
  • A strong service orientation and a positive, open-minded, and flexible mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Danish and English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams, and Exchange. Knowledge of Excel is advantageous.
  • Experience with running smaller projects is a plus.
