We are looking for a team member to our Business Applications Support (BAS) team. We are implement optimize and support our SAP solution globally. If you have a background process expert, super user or SME in SAP Commercial Operations area, and find that being responsible for support and business process enhancement in a multinational company is an appealing challenge, you might be the one we are looking for.
This position requires an individual that will be able to develop good working relationships with senior management across ALK sites. Overview of Pharma Commercial Operations will be very useful, as this position will be partnering with most sales directors and will help CO area to develop their application landscape.
Field of responsibility
You will be part of a very dynamic department with highly skilled colleagues from several countries. We are evolving rapidly and are in very close contact with many different areas of the organization in all ALK sites. - Support for Commercial Operations business process area
- Maintain ALK SAP business process template
- Identify and implement global business process enhancements In collaboration with our IT SAP team
- Participate in site implementation projects (new functionality or roll outs)
You will be part of a very dynamic department with highly skilled colleagues from several countries. Your qualifications
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, Engineering
- +5 years experience in a super user role or a support organisation
- Participation in at least one ERP implementation project is preferred
- Experience with GxP and the pharma industry will be preferred
- Super user knowledge of SAP SD and logistics modules
- Ability to work independently
- Proactive, service-minded and a team player
- Good stakeholder management skills
- English on a professional level is a must
