eg is looking for a project management process and onboarding lead with reference to the Vice President of Corporate PMO who is part of the corporate management team. A part of eg's strategy, as the leading vertical software company in Scandinavia, is to acquire vertical software companies and here you will play an important role in the onboarding of the acquired companies.Since eg was founded in 1976, we have acquired many companies and in the last 18 months eg has made 15 acqusitions.

In order to successfully drive onboarding of acquisitions, you will work closely together with the VP of the corporate PMO and VP of development, the management team, manager of post merger integrations and other post merger integration track leads and of course the acquired companies management and specialists. You, therefore, need to master working in cross organizational setups and posess strong stakeholder management skills. Furthermore, we expect the following from you:

Key responsibilities and tasks:
As our project management onboarding lead you will drive the onboarding of acquired companies, with focus on the project management, systems and processes. Moreover, your tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Drive analysis, planning, and onboarding of acquired companies on to our integrated process framework and project management methodology, IT solutions and tools
- Drive continues improvement of project management methodologies, IT solutions and tools incl. knowledge management across business units to optimize project execution, utilization of consultants and improve customer satisfaction
- Onboard and educate acquired companies in the integrated project management processes and systems and demonstrate how these fits into eg's overall operating model
- Work with the datamigration team to make sure we capture the acquired companies project data in the correct way with a special focus on ongoing, potential development or customer implementation projects
- Execute deep analysis of acquired companies current setup on process and project methodologies and do gap analysis of current setup versus eg's process to lead a plan that close the gaps
- Lead the onboarding on project managers in acquired companies as you drive a project manager community
- Use your strong project management expertise to onboard acquisitions, as you support the post merger integration processes and specifically the Order to Cash process
- Take lead as operational process owner and together with the business units and IT drive relevant analysis, onboarding plans and process improvements
The ideal candidate
In order to successfully drive onboarding of acquisitions, you will work closely together with the VP of the corporate PMO and VP of development, the management team, manager of post merger integrations and other post merger integration track leads and of course the acquired companies management and specialists. You, therefore, need to master working in cross organizational setups and posess strong stakeholder management skills. Furthermore, we expect the following from you:
- Proven experience with project management, process excellence, system flows in project management applications and supporting systems, either as a project manager or consultant.
- Preferably 3-5 years consulting and Project Management experience
- Experience in post merger integration or change management
- Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
- Natural business process management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills with both external and internal stakeholders
- You thrive in environments with great complexity and high energy
- A true motivator and emphatic team player, who can deliver results
- Speak and write English fluently, preferably Danish as well
- Structured, persistent, result-driven
