About the position From an organizational perspective, you will be part of a project to build a new manufacturing site from start to finish. The project is of great strategic importance to Novo Nordisk and therefore enjoys high visibility and support from Senior Management. Within the project, you will join the IT and Automation team, in which colleagues worldwide have come together to ensure strong project execution and help propel our organization forward.
You will be the link between the API production area, external partners, and Digital, Data & IT, Novo Nordisk’s global IT organization which supports all major expansion projects as well as operations. You will be part of a project management team that is responsible for scope, plan, cost and risk management. Main task will be the prioritization, coordination, and follow-up of key deliverables – this includes setting clear expectations towards your colleagues, ensuring alignment, and encouraging and motivating them to perform their roles.
You will primarily be in Kalundborg, in close proximity to the manufacturing sites. Some of our collaboration partners are located in the Copenhagen area you should also occasionally expect to work in those locations. Qualifications 0-3 years of experience working with project management is preferred It will be considered an advantage, if you have experience within IT/OT, or have worked in a highly regulated (GMP) industry such as the pharmaceutical industry You hold an M.Sc. or B.Sc. within Engineering, Project Management, IT or Business Administration You have Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written As a person, you are proactive and solution-oriented. You like to share your knowledge and collaborate effectively. You work systematically and are well-organized. You are curious and eager to learn, can navigate also when the path is not yet well described, and are adaptable to changing circumstances. You can collaborate and influence stakeholders and drive initiatives. Moreover, you easily gain your stakeholders’ trust and buy-in.
