We are looking for an assistant with the desire to support our busy Project Managers in their daily work establishing the pharmaceutical factories of the future.
Your daily work will consist of a broad range of various tasks as they arise. This includes administrative, practical as well as coordination tasks
All activities are project-based, meaning you’ll never get bored as you may need to develop your competencies with some of the new tasks.

As a Project assistant, you’ll be working with an innovative, multi-disciplinary team with:
- Various administrative and practical tasks
- Updating and reviewing technical documentation
- Making presentations and newsletter
- Coordination of meetings etc.
- Linguistic review of tender material in English

- Are not afraid of taking responsibility for new and unknown tasks
- Like to collaborate within and across both teams and disciplines
- Are flexible and like to work in projects, where some days can be very busy

- Administrative education and experience
- Used to prepare and review documentation and presentations
- Used to work both with and as part of a cross disciplinary team
- Skilled user of MS-Office
- You speak and write fluent Danish and English
