We are hiring an experienced Senior Project Manager to join the investment project. Would you like to join a dynamic global company and work on an exciting new capacity expansion project? The position As Senior Project Manager in Utility, you facilitate design and technology discussions across the owner team, Engineering partners, and contractors. Your focus will be to design, build, and optimize standardized systems and standard equipment fit for pharmaceutical production. You hold project and leadership responsibility for: Clean Utility Engineering and Operations Responsible Black Utility Engineering Responsible You and your team drive the specification of processes, equipment, and components. Your team is responsible for the consistency of work processes during design and construction, for overseeing cross-disciplinary quality standards, and for ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical codes and regulations. Your teams own the change and scope control process across all parts of the project meeting the agreed timeline for the project and following up on agreed deliverables. Qualifications To be considered for this position, you should: Possess 5+ years of relevant project/management experience, preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing, food manufacturing, or oil and gas. Hold a master's or bachelor's degree in engineering or similar. Demonstrate a solid understanding of process equipment, automation, and working in a regulated environment. Have a solid understanding of systematic problem-solving. Be proficient in English, both written and spoken. On a personal level, you enjoy close teamwork, can ride a storm off and are a strong motivator of others. You thrive in a multicultural environment that demands independence to make critical decisions. About the department API Project Utility is a team of Engineers with responsibility for Clean and Black Utility in a manufacturing facility construction project. Currently consist of 11 engineers and 3 Project Managers who are working closely with other disciplines in the construction project.
