The Position As a Facility Site Coordinator, you will be working on construction projects which have high strategic importance to Novo Nordisk and will have high visibility and support from Senior Management. The job requires a high level of stakeholder management at all organisational levels in the company. You will be working closely together with the facility project managers and with our engineering partners and suppliers. The main tasks will be to:
• design and build huge new facilities for new factories
• manage scope, plan, costs and project risks and secure excellent stakeholder engagement
• be a part of the coordination on site together with Construction Management and Health, Safety and Enviornment
• participate in construction meetings with contractors as a client representative • contribute to a well-coordinated and safe execution of the facility scope You will be responsible for the interface between construction management and project management and will be reporting to a senior project manager. Qualifications We're looking for candidates who bring these qualifications:
• minimum a bachelor's degree in engineering or a similar field
• relevant project experience with construction projects (either greenfield or renovation projects), ideally from the pharmaceutical industry
• solid understanding of project management systems relevant for construction projects experience with managing contracts and a complex vendor setup is a plus
• experience with safe and efficient coordination of construction sites (relevant site safety training is a plus)
• proficiency in written and verbal English, Danish is a plus Experience from a large global company would be considered an advantage, working with different cultures as well, but we are willing to consider candidates coming from a smaller company, if they have experience with project management.
